New product launch leader and brand owner.

Major Responsibilities and Duties
主要职责和任务
  • Lead cross functional team to make sure an excellent launch readiness in China.
  • Develop solid launch plan, brand strategy and tactical plan for new product.
  • Plan and manage brand budget / P&L.
  • Establish effective collaboration platform with TA KOLs.
  • Ensure robust sales performance and optimize brand strategy accordingly.
  • Manage brand life-cycle by seizing potential opportunities.
  • Build up and manage brand team.
Qualifications
资格要求
  • Bachelor degree, MBA degree is preferred.
  • Significant experience in brand management, especially in oncology TA, Hematology TA experience is preferred.
  • A deep understanding for the market dynamics in China.
  • Strong strategic thinking and marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good leadership and teamwork spirit.
