Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead cross functional team to make sure an excellent launch readiness in China.
- Develop solid launch plan, brand strategy and tactical plan for new product.
- Plan and manage brand budget / P&L.
- Establish effective collaboration platform with TA KOLs.
- Ensure robust sales performance and optimize brand strategy accordingly.
- Manage brand life-cycle by seizing potential opportunities.
- Build up and manage brand team.
- Bachelor degree, MBA degree is preferred.
- Significant experience in brand management, especially in oncology TA, Hematology TA experience is preferred.
- A deep understanding for the market dynamics in China.
- Strong strategic thinking and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good leadership and teamwork spirit.
